From Business Model Innovation to Primal Intelligence
I’m a mechanical engineer who transformed my technical expertise into the ability to innovate how people and organizations work.
For over a decade, I’ve helped companies across Italy innovate their business models, strategies, and teams. But the real turning point came when I discovered that the next frontier isn’t competing with Artificial Intelligence—it’s developing the uniquely human capabilities that make it complementary.
My Journey

The Foundations
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. I started as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager in complex sectors: aerospace, railway, automotive, power. My PMP® certification taught me how to manage challenging turn-key projects.

Innovation
I discovered Business Model Innovation and became one of its pioneers in Italy. I contributed to the technical review of the Italian edition of "Business Model Generation" by Alexander Osterwalder. Since then, I’ve trained hundreds of people and helped dozens of companies rethink their strategy, organization, and communication.

The Crisis
In 2017, after years of unsustainable pace, I faced burnout. A dislocated shoulder in the hospital became the symbol of a lost balance. It was the toughest moment, but also the most valuable: it forced me to completely rethink my relationship with time and energy.

One at a Time
From burnout came One at a Time, a system for managing time and energy in volatile, uncertain environments. I designed a planner, developed a method, and trained companies. I learned firsthand how to turn overload into sustainable focus.

Re-Powering
I brought that experience into companies with Re-Powering: a program to revitalize demotivated and disconnected employees. In just two months, I help teams rediscover energy, meaning, and productivity at work. I discovered that when people regain their vitality, organizations change.

Primal Intelligence
In 2024, I read "Primal Intelligence" by Angus Fletcher. It was a revelation. I finally found the science behind what I’d observed for years: the capabilities that truly make a difference in moments of uncertainty aren’t logical (which AI replicates perfectly), but primal—intuition, creativity, emotional courage, storytelling, empathy.
I studied all his books and articles. I realized this is the training companies are looking for without knowing it: how to be complementary to AI, not replaceable by it.

Artificial Intelligence is changing everything. But while everyone focuses on how to use AI, I help people develop what AI can never do.
The truth is this: AI is unbeatable in logic, data, and patterns. But it’s blind to the unknown, ambiguity, and human complexity. This is where Primal Intelligence comes in.
Research from Ohio State’s Project Narrative (where Fletcher works) has scientifically proven it: Primal Intelligence cannot be replicated by computers, but can be enhanced in every human being.
And this isn’t just theory. U.S. Army Special Operations, managers, and university students—all have seen measurable results: wiser decisions, faster recovery from trauma, greater resilience, real innovation.
I bring this science to Italian companies with a practical approach built on years of experience in innovation, training, and organizational transformation.
